keyboard problem AGAIN!


I purchased my netbook in december 2010. almost a year later my keyboard began to malfunction so i sent it in for repair at no cost. it worked when it was returned. now i am having the exact same problem. i contacted gateway and they said it was a hardware issue and would cost 199.00 to fix. since its a netbook, i dont use it all the time so i dont really no when the problem started again, but since its the same problem i think that they should fix it.

ME TOO SAME never buy a GATEWAY computers.. THAIR CUSTOMR SERVICE IS VERY VERY POOR. WHEN YOU CALL TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THAT CALL GOES TO INDIA AND SOMETIME THEY CAN NOT UNGERSTAND YOU PROBLEM AND THEY TOLK ALL THE BULLSHIT WHICH YOU DO NOT WONT AND FINALLY THEY TRYING TO GET SOME MONEY FROM YOU FROM $ 80.00 TO $700.00 WITHOUT ATTENDING TO YOUR PROBLEM . If you are trying to buy a Gateway desktop or lap top think twice . as a company they do not have any service at all
