Poor Quality Computer, Poor Customer Service - Gateway Computer


I bought a Gateway Computer in Dec. 2013 and immediately, began having problems. Word would shut down spontaneously, the internet would freeze, and the screen would go half black or the open windows would move spontaneously and freeze. I've had these problems constantly. I've had the computer "repaired" twice locally and Gateway wants to do a third repair instead of simply offering a refund, which is appropriate. I am soured on this brand.
